Grade II* Manor House in Gloucestershire

JCCH were given a brief to update a Grade II Listed manor house with 18th century beginnings and form an internal swimming pool.

The improvements involved the linking of parts of the Listed Building creating new service areas from the old garden sheds; constructing new links involving the demolition of 19th century additions; the creation of a new pool house mimicking the Regency porch of the original house and providing up to date 'green' energy sources with solar heating and the recycling of grey waste water.

The planning consents took over a year and the contract was completed within a year on time.
